To download the product you have purchased, please go to My Account -> My Downloads section. You should be able to see your product available to download. You can also download it via the link you have received in your email.
No. The majority of the products work without a serial code, but please keep in mind that features such as the import of demo content and premium support are not included. No refunds are issued for any such cases.

Most of our customers still need the auto-renew feature as it provides a very easy way to download products, without worrying about the payments. We have brought back the auto-renew feature for our memberships.
