To download the product you have purchased, please go to My Account -> My Downloads section. You should be able to see your product available to download. You can also download it via the link you have received in your email.
No. The majority of the products work without a serial code, but please keep in mind that features such as the import of demo content and premium support are not included. No refunds are issued for any such cases.

No, we don’t. If you require technical support you’ll need to purchase the product directly from the original developer. Not offering technical support is the way we are able to offer the items at discounted prices.
As we sell Digital Goods, we do not accept returns and we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
No, the membership is not auto-renewed. The payment is only for the month/months/year you have bought the membership for. To renew your Membership, you have to buy the membership again.
Most of our customers still need the auto-renew feature as it provides a very easy way to download products, without worrying about the payments. Currently, we are not planning on bringing back the feature.
